Sharon started her career in banking but soon moved into financial services where she has developed extensive experience of the UK industry since becoming an independent financial adviser in 1992.

Tom has over 30 years of experience of providing independent financial advice and helped set up the financial service arm of Allotts in 1998.
He holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate and whilst having a wide range of clients specialises in investment planning and the provision of retirement benefits by way of pension planning and capital strategies.

John has extensive experience of the UK financial services industry and has ensured he remains up to date with all the necessary regulatory requirements, holding both the level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (Dip FA) and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
John offers a comprehensive financial planning service to individuals and businesses to help them achieve their goals, covering all areas including investments, retirement planning, protection and mortgage lending.

Lisa started her career in banking and successfully completed her training to become a financial advisor in 2005. She has since developed her career in wealth management working with a mixture of both retail and high network clients, further to which she became an independent wealth management consultant for a private practice before joining Allotts in November 2018.
Amongst Lisa’s qualifications she holds a diploma in full financial planning and is currently continuing her studies towards achieving Chartered status.
Lisa prides herself on building strong client relationships which is her key strength and passion in her role. She is experienced to provide advise across all areas of financial planning including retirement, investment and inheritance tax panning alongside family/business protection.
Gillian began her financial services journey in 1990 working for Scottish Equitable. After 5 years she joined a local IFA where her role developed into what is known today as a Paraplanner.
Gillian gained her Financial Planning Certificate over those five years and was an IFA for a short time. Gillian then took a break from Financial Services in 2002 to study Performing Arts but then returned to Financial Services in 2008 as a Paraplanner. Gillian joined Allotts in February 2019 as a Paraplanner and will also be covering the office manager role on a maternity cover basis.
Sara has been with Allotts Financial Services since February 2006 having already worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years.
A key member of the team, Sara is responsible for assisting our three independent financial advisers in providing clients with top quality service by performing key administrative functions quickly and efficiently. Outside of working hours, Sara enjoys horse riding and has an active social life.
Melanie has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1985,in an administrative support role covering all areas of financial planning, moving to Allotts in 2015.
She has Financial Planning Certificate 1 (FPC1). She enjoys, horse riding and walking her dogs.
Daniel joined Allotts in October 2018 as a trainee paraplanner, he has previous experience in an administration role and he is currently working towards his financial planning certificate with the long term ambition to become an adviser.
